Terms of Service

SMMLotos ("Service", "we") provides access to social media promotion services under the terms below. By registering and using the Service, you ("User") agree to these terms.

1. Service description

The Service provides access to order social media promotion services (followers, likes, views and similar) through a panel or API, plus reseller functionality — connecting third-party services as providers and exposing our own API to third parties.

2. Responsibility and risk

The User is solely responsible for ensuring that ordered services comply with the rules and terms of the target social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We do not guarantee that use of the Service will not result in restrictions or bans on the User's accounts by those platforms, and we are not liable for such consequences.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service, specific order fulfillment times, or that delivered metrics (followers, views) will persist long-term, except where explicitly stated for a given service (see the "Refill" feature).

3. Account and balance

The Service may only be used by a person who is at least 18 years old or otherwise has the legal capacity under their country's law to enter into contracts on their own.

Using the Service requires registration. The User must provide accurate information and is responsible for safeguarding their credentials. The internal balance is a prepaid limit for ordering services within the Service, not e-money, a payment instrument, or a gift card under applicable law; it is not redeemable for cash except as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Prohibited use

• Using the Service to promote illegal content, fraud, incitement, or other unlawful purposes.
• Paying with stolen payment data or initiating unjustified chargebacks.
• Attempting to bypass limits or automated API abuse beyond reasonable use.

We may suspend or terminate a User's account for violating these terms without refunding the account balance.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to the User is limited to the amount paid by the User over the preceding 3 months of Service use. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms, notifying Users through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Additional consumer rights for EU users

If you are located in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence apply in full, to the extent required by such law, regardless of anything else in these terms.
