What is an SMM panel?
An SMM panel is a web service where you order social media growth services — followers, likes, views, comments and similar — at a fixed price per 1000. You choose a service and a quantity, pay from your balance and follow the order's status in your account.
Do you need my password?
No. You only provide a public link to a profile, post or video. Never share your password or verification codes with anyone. Make sure the account or post is public while the order is running.
How fast does an order start?
It depends on the service. Each service lists its limits and options, and you can follow the status and start count in your account. Drip-feed spreads delivery over time on purpose.
How is the price calculated?
Every service has a price per 1000 units. The charge is quantity × price ÷ 1000, taken from your balance when you place the order. Minimum and maximum quantities are shown for every service.
What is refill?
On services marked Refill you can request a refill for a completed order if the count drops within that service's refill terms. Request it from your account for eligible orders.
What is drip-feed?
Drip-feed delivers an order in several runs. You set the quantity per run, the number of runs and the interval in minutes; the total is quantity × runs. It is available only on services marked Drip-feed.
Can I cancel an order?
On services marked Cancel you can request cancellation before the order is finished. The undelivered part is returned to your balance once the cancellation is confirmed.
Can I place many orders at once?
Yes. Use the mass order tool: paste a list of links, choose the service and quantity, and you get a clear result for every line.
Can I resell or connect through an API?
Yes. SMMLotos provides a standard SMM panel API (v2) with services, balance, add, status, refill and cancel. Your personal API key is in your account, and you can connect us as a provider in another panel.
How do I top up my balance?
From the Add funds page in your account, where the available methods are shown.
Is it safe for my account?
We never need your login details. Still, social platforms may remove or restrict artificial activity, and counts can drop even with refill terms. We recommend starting with a small test order and following each platform's rules.
What is your refund policy?
Read the refund policy for the full terms. Undelivered or canceled parts of an order are returned to your balance.
